The contents of AL-6XN fasteners include high concentrations of nickel (24%) and molybdenum (6.3%) which allow the AL-6XN the intrinsic properties it bestows. AL-6XN is desired by many because it can be welded and formed into a variety of parts including: fasteners, nuts, bolts, screws, washers, studs, and socket head cap screws.
